SHOPPING CART WEBSITE :         You have purchased a fully functional website that has been built using the Woo Commerce Cart plugin on the Word Press platform. Word Press is a 3rd party platform and www.myprofitstore.com  do not accept responsibility or liability for issues relating to the platform. The cost of your package does not include additional functionality outside of the basic Woo Commerce functions. The website is sold ‘as is’ therefore any requested changes to the website will incur charges at our discretion. Please visit www.myprofitstore.com  should you wish to add on additional functionality.

CUSTOM STORE BUILD :               If you have chosen to get a custom store built, you have input into the layout (based on our current store for sale), logos (up to 6 options) and colour scheme for your new website. Included in a custom store build is 1 round of changes only, any further requested changes to the website will incur charges at our discretion.

EMAIL MARKETING INTEGRATION :         We will set up a pop up form offering 5-10% off to customers visiting your website. This will be integrated into a software platform called Mail Chimp. Mail Chimp has been designed to automatically email customers reminders who have left products in their shopping cart (who have registered their details on your pop up form). Your package includes us setting up and plugging in the account into your website, your basic package does not include us emailing your customers with newsletters or store promotions – we do this in Gold Package. Other email auto responders can be used however a set fee will incur.

WE FIND THE SUPPLIERS:             We source the suppliers for you but we do not set up business accounts with the supplier on your behalf due to legalities i.e. you will be required to fill in your personal details and apply for the account directly with the supplier. In some cases, we have already uploaded products from a supplier but this isn’t the case for all stores. You will be required to clarify what products you wish to upload. The time frame for us uploading the products is up to 4 weeks from the day you provide us with the suppliers account login/imagery etc. We will provide you contact info for the suppliers that have been chosen for your store, and we are happy to help as best we can with any more needed outside of this but please note this will be capped at a maximum of 10. Should you wish to source more suppliers you will have access to our supplier database (over 3000 suppliers). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee suppliers will approve your account, as this is judged on a case by case basis and is at the discretion of the individual supplier.

EMAIL AUTORESPONDERS :        Woo Commerce has auto responder emails that get emailed to you and the customer when an order is received on your website. Your store has not been integrated to send the orders directly to the supplier, this will need to be done manually by you. www.myprofitstore.com have a business add on that might help with integration of this (drop ship plugin) so please visit www.myprofitstore.com or contact us for further info.

TRAINING LIBRARY:        We offer an online Training Library that gives you access to multiple marketing & website training videos and documents. You have unlimited access to our Training Library.

FREE DOMAIN NAME & TRANSFER :        We will transfer the domain (e.g. www.yourwebsite.com) registration to you after the package has been purchased so you have full ownership of the domain and website. With our payment plans, the transfer will not take effect until full payment/s of the package has been received. Each website will come with one registered domain name only. If you require others these will be at your own cost. Including custom built websites.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION :             We have submitted your URL (domain name) to the search engines, and we have set up a plugin called SEO by Yoast. This plugin ensures your site has the correct keyword meta titles, H1 tags and meta descriptions on your home page. This does not guarantee that your website will show up on the search engines. Your store is enabled for optimisation only. The cost of your package does not include specialized SEO work i.e. back links, blog posting and other SEO activities. Additional charges for SEO apply. We outsource SEO to our Digital Marketing company www.budgetwebsitesandapps.com .

LOGO & IMAGERY ON WEBSITE:               All imagery used on the website, and the logo is included in your package. If you would like a copy of your logo please contact us. All content throughout your website is “filler content” until the site is acquired by a new business owner. It is up to the new business owner to edit and change the about us, terms, home & contact pages etc.

MARKETING TRAINING :               We offer training on how to run your own marketing and advertising campaigns on Facebook/ Instagram. We recommend budgeting $250 to $500+ per week for this. The ads are delivered to a targeted audience on Facebook & Instagram based on your businesses demographic. Social Media campaigns, posts or PPC ads can only be implemented once you have your business ready to operate & products uploaded. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of marketing & advertising, we cannot guarantee a financial return on any advertising conducted. Marketing training is not available to Basic packages. For GOLD package buyers we design and manager your Social Media Ads. Ads are limited to Facebook, Instagram and Google AdWords. We DO Not pay PPC charges.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS SET UP:       We will set up your Google Analytics account and connect this to your website. We will also provide a 1- 1 training session to show you how to use Google Analytics to analyse your marketing initiatives (Gold Package only). Google Analytics is an online tool allowing you to track visitors to your website and shows you where your website traffic is coming from. This is a crucial element to understand and use as a business owner so you can see what marketing platforms are performing best and where to utilize your marketing spend. Be sure to download the free app so that you can view your business volume from your mobile device.

FACEBOOK SHOP:            Included in our packages is a Facebook Shop. We use an external plugin that syncs your products to your Facebook page therefore any issues should be directed to the plugin owner.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: *Facebook: Set up of Facebook business page and up to 5 posts per week for your package duration. * Pinterest: Set up of a Pinterest OR Instagram page and up to 5 posts per week for your package duration.* *All social media posts will not be prior approved to posting, so should you not like a post that has been shared, you can delete it. It is up to you to communicate directly with your Dedicated Support Manager about the style of posts you would like and which 2 platforms you wish them to focus on (Facebook, Pinterest & Instagram). Package durations & Pricing : Gold package: $499 ongoing.  / Basic– store management not included. 24/7 TECHNICAL HOSTING SUPPORT included. Ongoing & unlimited web support is provided via your hosting provider. We use and recommend our clients to HostGator. HostGator offer 24/7 phone and online support should you need assistance if your website is down, running slow or your emails are not working. Please contact them directly for any website issues.

BLOG POSTING :               When your products have been uploaded, we will update your blog with 1 post per week based on your package duration/inclusion’s. You need to provide us with titles for the posts. Articles will be up to 300 words per article and includes imagery.

LIVE CHAT FEATURE INSTALLED :              As an option, we can install a Live Chat plugin to your website. As this is an optional feature let you Dedicated Support Manager know if you would like this installed and activated. Depending on the Live Chat plugin you choose there may be additional costs.

ONE-ON-ONE BUSINESS TRAINING :        With the Basic and Gold, you have access to your designated Support Manager via Skype for all business training (Skype is an online tool allowing you to have video, screen sharing and phone conversations over your computer via the app). The initial training sessions will cover; setting up payments via PayPal, website (Word Press) training, Google analytics, Mailchimp training, setting up Woo Commerce emails & suppliers & product assistance, dropshipping plugins training including product uploads, content writing.  You will then have access to your Support Manager sporadically based on your requirements and needs for the duration of your package*. The package time frame commences from the date of purchase. NOTE: You need to book in times via the link provided to you should you need further assistance. We do not provide training to your family members or friends. The 1-1 training will be provided to the business owner only, should you wish someone else to be present during training sessions, you will need to notify your Support Manager prior to the session. Please allow up to 48 hours for responses from our team as they are managing other clients and can get busy from time to time. We work Monday to Friday therefore enquiries received over the weekend will be responded to by Tuesday. Should there be issues with your website you need to contact your web hosting provider (HostGator). All correspondence with your Support Manager should be conducted via Skype video OR emails. We will not accept other communication outside of this (e.g. Skype messenger & private phone calls). *all Skype sessions should run for no more than 30 – 45 minutes per session. The maximum sessions per package are as follows: Basic up to 6 sessions / Gold: 6 months or up to 12 sessions  *All email contact with your Client Services Manager is limited to one email per week for the duration of your package. Questions should be collected over the space of the week for the one email or skype session.

INITIAL PRODUCT UPLOAD :        We will upload the products included in your package to your website. This includes simple & basic variable products and does not include multiple variations. You need to supply us with the product name, price, description and high quality image/s (this is usually sourced off the supplier’s website). PLEASE NOTE: You have up to 2 months to supply us with the product information for the initial upload.

BUSINESS COACHING SESSIONS:              Included in our Gold (5 sessions) packages is one on one Skype sessions with either our Founder. These sessions will be conducted over Skype for up to 1 hour each session at a time suitable to both parties. We would recommend waiting until your site is up and running before you have these sessions. To book in for the coaching, please contact your Support Manager to arrange.

MOBILE APP :    Included in our Gold package is a mobile phone app via the PWA or Android store (choose one app store, or for both additional charges of $250 apply – iOS App $1500 additional). The app will be plugged into your store and will not be accessible to you for changes. We will design an app to suit your website, additional charges may apply if you wish to add additional functionality or change the theme of the app. Please contact your Support Manager to arrange if you wish to set up the mobile app as this is optional.

PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT SET UP :     If you purchased the Gold package, we will install the PayPal Express Checkout plugin to your website after you have set up your PayPal account (optional). The Express plugin allows your customers to pay with one click instead of entering in their data to your website shopping cart (this gets transferred from PayPal directly). This feature is optional so if you would like the Express checkout please let your Support Manager know.

PAYPAL INTEGERATION :              Included in all of our packages is PayPal integration into your shopping cart. Once you sign up to a PayPal account we will add in your PayPal email address into your checkout to activate it so you can start accepting payments. Because PayPal accepts payments on their own website, an SSL certificate is not required for this payment method.

STRIPE & AFTER PAY INTEGERATION :    Included in the Gold packages is Stripe payments & After Pay Integration. Stripe allows your customers to pay directly for orders on your website via their credit card. After Pay allows your customers to pay off their purchases through AfterPay. An SSL certificate is required to use Stripe or AfterPay, the cost of the SSL is not included and you will need to purchase the SSL from your hosting provider. These features are optional so if you would like to activate either please let your Support Manager know.

PACKAGE EXPIRATION DATE :    All package inclusions & services above mentioned are to be completed within the allocated time frame of your package from the date of purchase e.g. if you purchased the Gold Package (6 months) on the 1st January, your package inclusions and services will expire on the 1st July
